About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, attract new clients and secure more contracts. You will be responsible for market research, lead generation, and strategic sales planning to expand VVU Agency’s client portfolio.
Requirements
1. Lead Generation & Sales Execution:
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through strategic outreach.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Market Research & Strategy Development:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Analyse competitors and develop unique selling propositions for VVU Agency.
Provide insights and recommendations on emerging market demands.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Develop customised solutions that align with client objectives.
4. Partnership & Networking:
Establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, agencies, and corporate organizations.
Attend networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand business connections.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative service offerings.
5. Contract Management & Negotiation:
Secure contracts with businesses and organisations that align with our services.
Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and terms to maximise profitability.
Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and client expectations.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Continuously refine sales strategies based on data insights.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related fields is required.
Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in marketing, advertising, or creative services).
Sales Expertise: Strong ability to identify, approach, and convert prospects into clients.
Market Insight: Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media, and branding strategies.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to close deals and secure profitable contracts.
Networking Skills: Strong ability to build partnerships and expand industry contacts.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation software, and Microsoft Office.
