About the Role

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, attracting new clients, and securing contracts. The role involves market research, lead generation, and strategic sales planning to expand VVU Agency’s client portfolio.

Salary Range: £41,700 – £43,000 per year

  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Market Research & Strategy Development

    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and opportunities

    • Analyse competitors and develop unique selling propositions

    • Provide insights and recommendations on emerging market demands

    • Identify opportunities to expand the company’s presence on social media platforms

    2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

    • Develop customised solutions aligned with client objectives

    3. Partnership & Networking

    • Establish strategic partnerships with industry professionals and organisations

    • Attend networking events, conferences, and exhibitions

    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative service offerings

    4. Contract Management & Negotiation

    • Secure contracts with businesses and organisations

    • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and terms to maximise profitability

    • Ensure agreements comply with company policies and client expectations

    5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics

    • Provide regular reports to management

    • Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions

    • Continuously refine sales strategies based on data insights

    6. Lead Generation & Sales Execution

    • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through strategic outreach

    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities

    • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals

    • Meet and exceed sales targets


    Key Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (required)

    • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably within marketing, advertising, or creative services)

    • Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify, approach, and convert prospects into clients

    • Market Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and branding strategies

    • Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and secure profitable contracts

    • Networking Ability: Strong relationship-building and partnership development skills

    • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

    • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation software, and Microsoft Office

    • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. The ability to speak Vietnamese or Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred, as this will support communication with our target client base within the Asian market segment.
